About Job Summary: Responsible for supervising assigned operational function areas and the Distribution Center (DC) computer room which includes: managing and monitoring the daily computer systems/AS400 that are integrated with order processing systems; maintaining and troubleshooting PCs and software; managing the operation and monitoring of the DC network system and supporting communications equipment; performing system backup of PC servers and digital tape libraries; diagnosing RF device problems; and providing desktop user support and overall network management of the distribution center systems and interfaces.…
