Role Overview The Assistant Project Surveyor will be responsible for delivering commercial and contractual management for assigned projects throughout the construction phase. This role involves preparing and maintaining accurate measurement and valuation records, managing subcontractor packages, administering contracts and variations, and providing effective communication between the site team, commercial department and clients to ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations.
