Position Summary... As a Staff Engineer at Walmart, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for solving complex engineering problems and driving technical strategy across multiple teams and products. You will combine deep hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to influence architecture, product direction, engineering standards, and execution across organizational boundaries. You will work closely with Product, Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
