About this role
This role is responsible for supervising daily maintenance activities, prioritizing repairs and preventive maintenance, assigning work to technicians, and ensuring completed work meets expectations. The Maintenance Supervisor will also play an important role in developing the maintenance team, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining accurate repair documentation. These responsibilities align closely with our internal Equipment Maintenance Supervisor profile. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to maintenance technicians. Monitor maintenance and repair work and ensure work is completed properly. Prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency and available resources.
