About this role
WaterBridge is hiring a Logistics Controller for our Houston, TX location. The Logistics Controller dispatches company and contracted drivers for scheduled and on-demand oil hauling and service work. This role monitors driver status, load progress, and field activity to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The position also maintains accurate dispatch documentation, communicates with drivers and customers to resolve issues, and supports operational performance through reporting and exception management. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Asset Management & Reliability and own all facets related to logistics planning and data entry.
