PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for overseeing broiler farms as a Company representative to contracted growers. The role monitors house conditions and bird welfare and provides technical assistance and recommendations on improving conditions, grower performance, and cost reductions for the company and growers. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Act as liaison between Company and contract growers providing technical advice to growers on company expectations (i.e. building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, farm sanitation, industry best practices, policies, procedures, bio security, etc.) Provide chick placement, catch and feed withdrawal times to growers Monitor assigned flocks (i.e.…
