About this role

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for supervising catch operations, and scheduling drivers and loads to meet production schedules. Also responsible for managing truck shop operations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Act as liaison between Wayne Farms and contracted catching crew laborers. Assist with preparation of daily catch and plant receiving schedules. Coordinate and communicate schedules to drivers and contractors. Project weight of product on farms. Supervise truck drivers, weigh masters and truck shop personnel. Compile, balance and submit daily and weekly reports to Accounting. Communicate feed withdrawal and catch times to producers and crew catchers. Supervise and monitor time and attendenance of personnel. Maintain fuel inventory and holding shed maintenance.…
