About this role

Company Overview Waypoint offers comprehensive services, including a special purpose private school for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, case management and outpatient therapy services for children and adults, and residential and in-home supports for adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Position Overview Manage and direct all facility operations and member care in accordance with agency, state and federal regulations. Supervise, support and schedule residential staff to provide high quality services/care. Maintain the physical facility to ensure the safety and comfort of residents. Work a variety of hours in the home as required monitoring all shifts and ensuring that quality care and services are provided at all times.…
