About this role

Health and Wellbeing Nurse Location: This role will be based across all Forward Leeds sites, with base location at Irford House, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6PA and will involve occasional late night clinics and home visits Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday with the occasional late night clinics until 7pm Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £40,266 - £54,478 per annum Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role.
