Manager, Curation (Onsite - 5 days per week) Overview: Curation is the cornerstone of on-platform operations at Weedmaps, responsible for driving data accuracy and maintaining product listings across our platform ecosystem. The Manager of Curation will step into a structured operational framework to maintain execution standards, optimize existing workflows, and maintain a high performing culture. This multi-faceted role focuses on day-to-day data management, cross-functional triage, and coaching a pod-based team of 30+ data entry associates, across multiple locations. Success in this position means driving output within clean, established systems, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve tooling and triage, and closing performance deltas across the team.…
