About this role

Als IT Support & Workplace Engineer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze ruim 1000 collega’s. Jij verdiept je altijd in de eindgebruiker, denkt mee en probeert hem/haar zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Je gaat werken in het Tech Workplace team binnen de Technology afdeling. Hierin zitten 4 IT Support Engineers. Je werkt op ons hoofdkantoor of vanuit ons distributiecentrum in Zwolle, dit kan per week verschillen. Waar nodig lever je onsite support op de andere locatie. Op ons hoofdkantoor zit de centrale servicedesk. Vanuit hier worden collega's ondersteund die bellen, aanvragen hebben ingediend of langslopen voor een vraag. Ook ondersteunen we de hele werkplek omgeving. Doordat we ons hoofdkantoor hebben ingericht als een flex office hebben we niet te maken met interne verhuizingen.…
