The application deadline for this position is Oct 16, 2026 HRT is seeking qualified PhD candidates for our Winter Internship Program. Our PhD Winter Internship program is a 3 week introduction to quantitative research designed for graduate students with little or no experience in quantitative trading. Over the course of the program, you will: Learn about a wide range of trading styles from leading experts in the field Work on independent research projects, representative of real work at HRT Train models on our state of the art compute cluster Explore all that New York City has to offer through a variety of social events and tech talks This program begins on January 4, 2027.
