In this role, you will focus on hiring engineers across our Trading Technology (live trading environment) and Research & Development (enabling research) engineering teams. You will partner directly with hiring managers who have incredibly high standards, helping them navigate a competitive talent landscape. You will engage with deeply technical candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of technical roles within HRT’s engineering ecosystem.
