Compensation Range $33.97 - $44.17 -- Job Description Summary The Facilities HVAC Technician II - Journeyman is a service technician responsible for performing a variety of routine semi-skilled and skilled work related to commercial HVAC maintenance and equipment operation. Schedule subject to change due to operational demand. For example, work evening or night shift during extreme cold weather. -- Job Description Technical Duties - 75% Perform overall commercial HVAC maintenance support for all county buildings. Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC refrigeration systems using manifold gauges, air systems using gauges & test equipment, and hydronic systems. Document and/or log all data related to the completion of work orders in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.…
