We are looking for a Customer relationship management (CRM) Specialist to help us ensure Wellis customers receive the right message at the right moment, in the right channel, so they feel supported throughout their treatment journey and take the next best action. In this role, you will be working closely with Marketing, Medical Operations, Customer Care, Product, Data, and Content to make CRM a structural driver of customer experience, retention, reactivation and growth.
