About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Fraud & Claims Operations Associate to support the ATM Debit Card Claims Fraud & Non-Fraud (ADCC) team. In this role, you will primarily review and assess ATM/debit card disputes and claims, particularly higher-value cases, including both fraud and non-fraud claims. The role is primarily focused on back-office claims review and case handling, with minimal outbound calls, mainly to provide customers with updates regarding their claims.
