Job Description: Lead enterprise compensation analytics with a focus on Compensation Market Pricing, external benchmarking, and the technology and data solutions that support these capabilities. This role designs and delivers scalable market pricing solutions that integrate external compensation survey data with internal job and employee data, as well as models, dashboards, and insights used by senior leaders to manage cost, competitiveness, equity, and workforce risk across lines of business and geographies. You will act as a strategic analytics partner, combining compensation expertise with strong technical capabilities to modernize how market data is analyzed, benchmarked, and delivered to Compensation partners.…
