About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Real Estate Capacity Planner (Sr. BEC) to join the Portfolio Strategy & Planning team within Corporate Properties Group (CPG). This role will support corporate real estate strategy, portfolio planning, workplace planning, and space planning by developing enterprise, market, and building capacity views that bring together workforce demand, seat supply, square footage, space utilization, allocations, portfolio strategies, and planned real estate activity. The Senior Real Estate Capacity Planner will help identify capacity risks, constraints, portfolio optimization opportunities, and potential real estate strategies for consideration by Enterprise Planning, Regional Planning, and senior leadership.…
