About this role

The Sr. Project Coordinator supports the successful onboarding and implementation of Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) clients. This role coordinates implementation activities related to payer setup and enrollment, revenue cycle workflow alignment, system configuration, testing, operational readiness, and transition to ongoing billing operations. The ideal candidate has healthcare billing or payer enrollment experience, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, Revenue Cycle Operations, Professional Services, and other internal teams to help ensure a positive client experience and successful implementation outcomes.…
