Job Description Position Overview: Wentworth Institute of Technology seeks a student-centered Career and Workforce Pathways Specialist to support learners enrolled in the Massachusetts Board-approved Journeyman Electrical (JE) Program and the forthcoming Climate Critical Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program (CCEPA). This role will provide individualized career advising, workforce readiness support, employer engagement, and placement coordination to help students successfully transition into apprenticeship programs, employment, and continued education pathways aligned with apprenticeship to journeyman-level electrician roles and Massachusetts climate and clean energy related workforce needs.…
