Dit ga jij doen Je bent regiebehandelaar van een diverse en complexe caseload, waarbij je behandelingen coördineert, uitvoert en evalueert. Je voert psychiatrische diagnostiek uit, stelt behandelplannen op en biedt behandeling, bijvoorbeeld via CGT, systeeminterventies of farmacotherapie. Je werkt outreachend: op straat, bij mensen thuis of op locatie bij ketenpartners. Je gaat waar de zorg het hardst nodig is.…
