Come join our team! Our Dispatch position out of the Tolleson office requires the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities based on daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask while taking appropriate action with minimal supervision. Shift: Tuesday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday - Saturday: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM Sunday and Monday: OFF Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and track drivers and freight to guarantee on-time pickup and delivery. Confirm load assignments and ensure operational and safety procedures are strictly upheld. Monitor and balance tractor/trailer pools across accounts.
