About this role
Accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to Support departmental and organizational goals. Responsible for all eLearning programs and must ensure that associates have the information needed to perform required skills and achieve results as a basis for continual training and education. Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate learning videos and interactive eLearnings. Responsibilities: Develop a needs assessment process and create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.
