About this role

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The person occupying this position encourages choice, self –advocacy and self -determination of program participants. Responsible for supervision and training of program participants assigned. This person oversees completion of contract tasks including quality control of materials. He or she will also assist with the development and implementation of individualized plans for program participants. ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS: Assists in development and implementation of formal and informal goals. Provides vocational training to group participants as assigned. Facilitates alternate activities with participants in the absence of contract work. Responsible for the welfare and safety of workshop participants.…
