GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Athletic Group Leader is responsible for planning and facilitating a structured basketball enrichment program within SPARK BTB. This position promotes youth development through athletics while ensuring student safety, academic accountability, and alignment with SPARK’s program standards and Burlington County youth service expectations. The Athletic Group Leader serves as a coach, mentor, and positive role model, delivering structured skill development—not unsupervised free play.
