Job Summary
The Component Repair & Overhaul Manager is responsible for managing technicians, equipment, tooling, technical data and other supporting activities associated with CR&O at Western Aircraft in full compliance with 14 CFR Part 145 standards.
This position serves as a key leadership role with accountability for workmanship, quality, efficiency, and cost management. The CR&O Manager will have customer facing responsibilities regarding teardown reports, turn-around-time, technical issues and business development. The CR&O Manager will also assist in developing new supply chain partnerships and coordinate insourcing as in-house capabilities expand.…
