Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is seeking a Collections Specialist to support our accounts receivable operations and improve the timely collection of outstanding client balances. In this role, you will monitor AR, contact clients about overdue invoices, apply cash receipts, and work with engagement and finance teams to resolve payment issues. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and persistence in following up on outstanding balances.
