In this leadership role, you will work with corporate and private equity clients across the transaction lifecycle—from buy-side due diligence and sell-side readiness through carve-outs, merger integrations, separations, and post-close value creation initiatives. As a Director, you will balance three core responsibilities: growing client relationships, leading complex engagements, and helping build our M&A practice in the UK.
