Our team serves an array of interesting and exciting Software & High-Tech, Private Equity, and Corporate Strategic clients across the nation. As a Director, you will serve Software & High-Tech clients and Private Equity investors with a focus on software, SaaS, TMT, and tech-enabled services businesses. Engagements range across value creation – capitalizing on AI to shape product and growth strategy, product roadmap development, PMLC improvement, and product diligence – roadmap, priorities and product strategy, and product management diligence, as well as merger integrations and carve-outs.…
