In this dynamic role, you will work with our international M&A practice to advise private equity and venture capital portfolio companies and corporate owners on the strategic and operational factors that can impact a potential recapitalization, financing, or exit to a strategic or financial buyer. You will lead operational and technology assessments, coach management teams through challenging diligence topics, identify opportunities for value creation, and collaborate with investment banks and other advisors to refine the narrative around a company's technology and operations.…
