Job Title: Senior Card Operations Administrator Location: Block 23 What you'll do: As a Senior Card Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with our Client Relationship Managers, Treasury Managers and Portfolio Managers when a new or existing client wants to add a premium Commercial Card program to their portfolio. You will also be responsible for deescalating issues or impacts to our customers within out treatment period to meet or exceed customer expectations of resolve. You will be a “Subject Matter Expert” when it comes to system parameters, functionalities, and capabilities to help support all new customer programs being built and utilized effectively.…
