Lead the operation and improvement of HR systems that support reliable services, secure people data and better staff experiences. The Opportunity In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operational management, configuration and optimisation of the University’s HR information systems. Your work will ensure these platforms remain reliable, secure and user-friendly while supporting efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
