About this role

Assist with the creation and management of backlog for a project or initiative, providing inputs for capability vision and future state based. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product development process. Create and maintain product and capability documentation and flowcharts, working with scrum team to break down high-level features into actionable user stories and tasks. Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
