Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking an outgoing and highly organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (Client Liaison) to serve as a key connection between our clients, patients, and veterinary team. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, and help coordinate important aspects of patient care. Responsibilities include managing hospital inventory and ordering, online pharmacy approvals, coordinating specialty and referral appointments, and assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities as needed.
