About this role
Abel Pet Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead daily hospital operations while remaining actively involved in clinical care. This is a hands-on leadership role, with at least 50% of the position spent working alongside the nursing and hospital team on the floor . The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinary professional who can move comfortably between clinical nursing and hospital management. A California-licensed RVT is strongly preferred , along with previous veterinary hospital management or leadership experience.
