Senior Data Scientist, Growth & Measurement

Role Responsibilities As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll help shape some of Western Union's most important growth and investment decisions by uncovering what truly drives customer growth, profitability, and long-term value. Partnering across Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Risk, you'll design experiments, build measurement frameworks, and apply causal analysis to influence business decisions and investment priorities. Design and analyse A/B tests, holdouts, geo experiments, and other experimental frameworks to evaluate initiatives and establish causality.
