Mō te tūranga | About the role As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist, you’ll be a key member of our Cyber team, responsible for maintaining secure access controls across Westpac New Zealand’s IT systems. You’ll ensure correct authentication and authorisation for users and services, support compliance activities, and provide expert guidance on access governance. You’ll lead the Governance across IAM, providing regular reporting on the effectiveness and functionality of the IAM Controls while mentoring others and contributing to a world-class IAM Controls and Oversight function.
