About Wētā Workshop is famous for bringing fantastical worlds to life through hyper-realistic props, costumes, armour, creatures, miniatures, bigatures and a whole lot more. With some big projects underway, our Manufacturing crew are looking for a Tracking Coordinator to join them through to February 2027. The Tracking Coordinator is responsible for tracking the large volume of pieces arriving into the Workshop from suppliers, vendors, partners etc – ensuring every item is accurately counted, recorded and accounted for. This is essential for helping maintain visibility of incoming work, resolving issues and ensuring everything is ready for shipment.
