About the Team/Role OTR Certification & Technical Testing Lifecycle Coordinate and guide the 90-to 180-day certification lifecycle for assigned merchant and POS vendor portfolios, guiding stakeholders from Initiation and Scope Discovery through Lab/Beta Testing to final Production Release. Create , tailor, and maintain technical test scripts weekly based on specific customer hardware and software profiles (Full Certification vs. Regression Testing), actively troubleshooting authorization or script execution errors daily. Lab Configuration, Connectivity & AI Optimization (Weekly): Configure test environments daily using the eManager Portal to set up test cards, prompts, and velocity limits for assigned regional accounts.…
