Information System Engineer 2 — Identity & Access Management (IAM) About the Role & Team As an IT Support Specialist 2, you will drive day-to-day operations and automation for our global payments identity infrastructure. You will bridge operational support with automation engineering, leveraging APIs, scripting, and AI-enabled diagnostics to reduce manual access toil and optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities Identity Management & Escalations: Manage L2 access administration, complex entitlement provisioning, and role governance within SailPoint IIQ, Okta, and target enterprise platforms.
