About this role: Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) provides coordinated support, governance and communications during significant incidents affecting Wells Fargo colleagues, operations, clients and critical business services. As the regional lead for EMEA, APAC and Canada, you will lead incident response, executive communications, governance and operational resilience activities across multiple jurisdictions. You will also provide cover for the India and Philippines regional incident management teams, helping ensure a consistent, effective and resilient global response capability.
