About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the design and development of modern, cloud‑native applications and services. At the Lead level, the engineer is expected to drive complex technical delivery, provide strong technical leadership, and influence engineering outcomes through design quality, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration. In this role, you will: Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of Spring Boot microservices and APIs, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Build and optimize data persistence layers using MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
