Job Description: Under minimal supervision, the Litigation Docketing Specialist will provide docketing coverage for nationally located offices in a timely and accurate fashion. We will provide backup coverage as needed in assisting other docketing specialists with firm-wide docketing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation. Assist in coordinating the docketing process, which includes the following functions: Monitor office specific inboxes for receipt of docketing entries and coordinate with those who send entries as needed. Review litigation and business filings to determine deadlines. Enter and update docket entries. Produce various docket reports.…
