Job Summary: The Maintenance Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas, grounds, and facilities. This position supports the overall maintenance team by handling tasks related to cleaning, trash removal, basic repairs, and ensuring the property is well-kept for residents and visitors. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Cleaning & Janitorial Duties: Sweep, mop, and clean floors in hallways, lobbies, stairways, and common areas. Clean windows, doors, and walls in common areas. Dust and sanitize common surfaces and furniture. Empty trash and recycling containers in common areas and ensure proper disposal.
