About this role

David Weekley Homes is seeking an experienced HOA & Community Operations Coordinator to support our growing Tampa division. This is a developer-side HOA role responsible for helping guide new and existing communities from initial formation through transition to homeowner control. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a residential homebuilder, land developer, community association management company, or related real estate organization. This position partners closely with our Land, Purchasing, and Homebuilding teams and coordinates with attorneys, community management companies, vendors, and homeowners.…
