About this role

David Weekley Homes is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Austin team. Project Coordinators provide administrative support to the operations team--including Sales, Construction, Warranty, and Project Managers. Job Responsibilities: Process sales contracts and closings Manage/apply for all building permits and work with local municipalities Document, track and report on all building permit and start activities Coordinate meetings and team events Maintain accurate electronic files for each home Pay invoices and utility bills Order supplies Additional support as needed Qualifications Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a dynamic team.
