This role goes beyond traditional purchasing, blending strategic involvement in sourcing, negotiations, and category management, while collaborating closely with vendors, builders, and internal teams to ensure homes are delivered on time and on budget. We’re seeking an individual who enjoys both the analytical and relationship sides of residential construction and is ready to take ownership while continuing to grow.
