About this role

David Weekley Homes is looking for Residential Construction Superintendents/Builders to join our growing team. We have opportunities throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties, including Parrish, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Venice. As a Builder, you'll take ownership of the construction process from start to finish. You'll coordinate trade partners, manage construction schedules, maintain quality standards, communicate with homeowners, and make sure each home is built with the level of quality and care David Weekley Homes is known for. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys being hands-on in the field.
