Site Supervisors / Foremen

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction, fit-out and finishing activities across assigned villas. Manage and coordinate activities including masonry, plastering, tiling, marble, painting, gypsum, ceilings, joinery, doors, sanitary fittings and other architectural finishing works. Allocate and control daily manpower based on priorities provided by the Site Engineer/Site Manager. Coordinate multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and labour teams working simultaneously across different villas. Ensure subcontractors understand daily targets, work sequences and completion deadlines. Monitor workmanship, productivity and progress throughout the day.
