About this role

What this role is Wakacje.pl has an AI strategy. It has a technical team that builds and maintains the tools. What it does not have is someone who makes the rest of the company actually use AI day to day. That is this role. You sit in the CEO Office. You own adoption across non-technical teams: sales, operations, support, product. You are not here to define strategy. You are here to make it land, spread, and stick. Your partner is the AI Enablement Lead in IT who handles the technical layer. Everything else is yours. What you will do You co-design and run AI training for people with no technical background. Workshops, playbooks, e-learning modules, role-specific learning paths. If someone walks out without a changed workflow, the training did not work.…
